just an observation, it doesnt bother me. but i think the overuse of ANY word will make it cliche and usually kill the word's cuteness or funnyness. i think "epic" is gaining cliche status.

It's not just the rave scene. It's the entire internet. Trust me.

Why? because prominently used words in every single language since the beginning of time go through waves/cycles/trends, and Epic is 2008's word of choice.

These days I say Legendary instead. Or Rave-ready, which will peak in 2009 worldwide.
