If the cops pull you over, can they legally search your car?

without a probable cause they cant search ur car. cops are dicks and theyll find a probable cause for anything. only thing they cant do is search ur trunk or glove compartment if u have them locked. unless they got k9 then ur fucked. usually if u have under an 8th and u kno theyre gonna search ur car and u kno u cant get away then ur best choice is just to tell them what u exactly got. if ur lucky theyll usually just take away ur bud. this has happened to me about 6-7 times and ive never been ticketed for bud.

because of technology, if they call a judge and tell them the story and want a warrant. they can have it printed out within minutes....

They do not need warrants to search anyones car, if you look suspicious with an additional record, they will search your car. It's a movable scene of a crime. that entitles them to search you car. They also dont need a warrant to search you.

that is only if a crime has been commited and that doesnt include small traffic violations, so its really the crime that gives them probable cause
