no, sorry i wasnt clear, i was expelled from irvine unified, they forced me to go to dayschool, i went back to nhs, i didnt do anywrok and they wanted to send me to creekside, so i opted to go back to the dayschool i was at before, sorry i havent slept in a while so if im not making sense...

i cant, im an insomniac, i have manic depression (i dont really have the depression but they still call it that) and on the manic phases i dont sleep much, well, to be honest i was never diagnosed and i have seen psychiatrists, but still... lol

Yes because it's movable "crime scene". So they DONT need a warrant. They usually won't check...but if they have a probable cause, they do not need a warrant. Even if your in your own home, if they see through a window for ex., of what seems to be illegal activities, they can bust in your house w/ no warrant. I think it's called plain view act or something. But if they ever question you without reading your rights. Anything you said won't be used against you in court. And usually if they have no sufficient evidence your case will be dropped. Plus if they start questioning you about anything, the best thing to ask them, if it's a "custodial interrogation" if they said yes you have to stick around and answer questions. If they said no, you can simply walk away because your not in their custody.
