I think we're in a really bad situation..

.. wtf? If the military isnt punishing people for commiting crimes .. i think our current state of affairs is worse then what ive allowed myself to believe.

At least i know now that when.... i get caught with felony charges for: racing, wreckless driving, dui, traffiking, contributing to the delinquency of a minor, and resisting arrest .. i wont do any sort of time, ill just go to a hot resort and get paid extra cash for sitting around and staring down an alley while playing duck hunt.

ive always thought from the beginning we should stop sending people to jail and just start giving them guns and telling them to fight for their freedom... they wont have to pay to keep people in prison this way, and if one of them gets KIA hey, one less criminal to worry about...

While i agree with that, something like that would have to have some kind of controls in place so that the bad guy wouldnt turn against fellow Soldiers.

Beyond that though, its not a current policy of ours, so im sort of mind fucked by this.

Well, i figured that if i was caught traffiking, i should do my best not to get pulled over. That's where the wreckless driving and racing would come into play.

just always keep a parachute with you so you can drive off a cliff and jump out of the car, they will never see that coming and definitely wont follow you off a cliff... and if you are lucky the car will explode on impact destroying the evidence and they will have no case...
