if i didnt, you probably shouldnt be calling me.

at least have the decency to leave a voicemail asking me to call you back, or text me before calling.

I've called several people asking who they are. The only times I do that is when the caller ID doesn't recognize the number and :

-they had just called me, then hung up;

-or if they called me and I missed their call, but they didn't leave a message.

but either way, I don't just say,...."who's this" lol. I'll tell them they just called me.
