i used to smoke a pack a day when i was 15 in the rock and roll scene tight pants long hair skating and jamming. then i got arrested for stealing a teachers car and quit grits...i used to smoke as a thing to do and when i was bored
but i tottaly quit now. even at raves. only time i smoke is prob ONE GRIT A MONTh
its like a time to reflect and the smell always reminds me of my hometown so its kind of like a reflection of life when i smoke that grit once a month =]
i know sounds gay but thats me

I never smoked cigarettes. I used to here and there if I was drunk only, but I just can't see the purpose of smoking something that offers no benefits whatsoever.

Smoked for 3/4ths a year... was easy to quit cold turkey.

Now I just smoke either when I'm at a rave (and even than I'd rather light up a jay) or when I'm stupid drunk. On those occasions, everyone can admit it feels good.

i started smoking when i worked at dland.
it was rainy season and you would essentially get a seven minute break, because it took like aminut and half to get from my dungenous work area to an outside break area. and everybody there was smoking. so i started by having community cigarettes, then whole cigarettes and finally buying my own packs. i said i would quit when i bought a carton but i ended up buying one and went through it. fast. like.. four packs in < 72hr in vegas.
my brand used to be lucky strikes, i was nostalgic for an era that i never got to see, haha. i bought the short unfiltered pack, but manufacturing stopped, or shortage or something. i know they took away the filters because they filters they were using were bad or something. and eventually my smoke shop stopped carrying the regular ones.
as any nicotine fiend knows, when the money is low you spent the two bucks on bugler/top tobacco pouch.
i think bugler taste like urine and top taste like burned styrofoarm.
but i found a new smoke shop that carried american spirit blacks in a pouch. so ive been buying and rolling those ever since. yes they are harsh, but taste soo good.
the tobbaco is cured in whiskey barrels! haha i still miss the chocolaty smell of a new pack of strikes, but black spirits do me just fine. oh. and parliament lights 2fer or 3fer when i know i am going to an event or house party. booze makes me into a chimney.
i also tried snuff when i was in escondido last spring. it taste good. like it makes things smell good. but i wasnt getting the head rush i was promised.

its funny cause i started smoking menthols before i got into the rave scene so my friends wouldnt want to bum offa me. now im raving and people will run at me fullspeed to bum one of my mutha fuckin delicious marlboro smooths. yay irony.
