How Sweet RL Meetup!

So far the meet up's pretty disorganized, no one's actually worked on a list for the meet up and people really haven't agreed to where exactly and what time the meet up is. Klover wanted to have it next to the stairs (which stairs, there's a few) but most likely people will be kicked out of that area for blocking the stairs. I read several of you were mentioning about creating signs and wearing name tags, that's a great plan and I encourage all of you to make signs and wear tags as it would be easier to identify the location and the actual people from RL. I was thinking we should have the event at the back of the shrine where you climb the stairs to go to the 2nd floor, the pathway there is pretty large but i'm not suggesting we have it in that area but next to it there's tons of space in the back where people and just relax and kick back against the wall if they're rolling or anything. I'm not trying to be an elitist fuck so don't go on thinking that for a second, the event's about the people and the community so the event belongs to everyone and people don't have to be part of RL's to be able to kick it. As for the time slot I suggest it should be at 12am since by then most of the people have arrived to the event and aren't in line anymore. If this sounds good to all you peeps give a kudos on this. So yes go ahead and make signs, tags, bring treats (I will as well as some of my friends will for sure) and bring your cameras and take grips of pics so they can be posted up the next day for everyone to see.

I was planning on suggesting (and i'm sure several of you others were) a meet up for How Sweet It Is since so many people are going to this but Breakerboy beat me to the punch, so kudos to you Breakerboy for the suggestion.

As for an official list I will start it off here (I went through all 12 pages and no one started a list), keep it going and make sure you add yourself to the list and that the list is on every upcoming page.

except for the time... since they're supposed to be releasing the butterflies at 12, i think the meetup should be earlier-- 11?

I was just informed about the 10,000 butterflies being released at 12am. How about we just meet up after that's done? which will probably be 12:30am. I said 12 because people usually show up late and I was considering the fact how long it actually takes to get inside after having to wait to be searched and go get your ticket then finding the actual meet-up spot.
