Does anyone other than Klover party without drugs anymore? Seriously folks, how hard you rolled is no indicator of how good a party was. Obviously the E-plur was in effect saturday night.

Can anyone give an accurate description of the crowding of the venue? Was it really a sardine fest due to the extra tickets being sold, or did insomniac pull miracles and fit everybody in?
hahah nice post. you should read my review.

see thats the problem with these big name artists. they rock it in the clubs and bring their b-game to the big LA clubbermassives trying to play what they think everyone wants...safe mellow bullshit. they dont do this bullshit in San Fran. i have a bunch of ETD Pop sets from last year and have seen those artists here since that show, and they were all dissapointing/boring in comparason. in fact it sounds like a completly dif artist all together. kinda like how chris lawrance played no psytrance and very light tech trance at Noc last year but rocked it at POP.

i just saw atb for 15 bucks at vanguard 2 months ago and he rocked a nice hard ass techno/hard dance set and totally pulled me in. but i keep hearing how hes boring as fuck from people that saw him at How Sweet It Is last year, and now this year. thats sad =/

atb sucked bawls... i recalled a much more enjoyable set last year, but maybe it was just the ecstasy crush i had with me at that party.
parking was 40 all night. i dunno who said 20 lol

and yea everythings better when your in a drugged up stooper =P

yea this happened to me awhile ago. watching people act like complete retards ruined rolling for me, plus i just got bored with it. everytime i try to roll at a rave now i feel super uncomfortable and paranoid cuz i dont wanna wind up like those people on the floor and i dont wanna be mollested by some sweaty weirdos. also i like remembering the party and everytime i rolled off like 3 pills, the night felt like a distant memory the next day and that made me sad cuz i had had alot of fun

now i just pop a pill every once in a blue moon for a special occasion or out of pure boredom lol.....oops i mean...drugs are bad! hahah

o yea and lazer haterface, i said the music was pretty good in all 3 rooms but the low budget house room had the best music goin. it had a bit of a burner vibe with the low budgetness on the concrete lol. i dunno the names of the artists that were spinning though....and yes....there was most definatly a 4th area. i was interested to see how itd turn out

I was sober for the first half of the night and was having a fucking blast, was giving light shows left and right for all the people that were rolling the second they got in. I've partied without the drugs before and as long as the music is good, I still have a great time. Jason Blakemore had a decent set but I think he played two songs twice and when he decided to start scratching it sounded like the speakers were going to explode. Charles Feelgood threw down a good set, I believe he was the one who played Around The World when we had the congo line going. I don't know about you guys but Green Velvet was pretty boring to me, I was standing around for like 10 minutes and noticed that everyone around me wasn't really digging the music either. Didn't see many people dancing. La La Land and Shake and Pop were like the only two songs that were good from his set, no matter how cliche that sounds. ATB and Donald Glaude threw down the two best sets of the night to me but then again I am a trance/house head. Was my first time seeing ATB, fucking loved when he threw down Carpe Noctum, I went fucking nuts! And I've never seen Donald Glaude NOT throw down a funky set. Loved his closing remix of One More Time. Yeah the E-PLUR was in effect during the night, but I was having just as much fun sober the first half as I was having the second half when I was rolling.

As for the sardines...yeah during ATB the main room was a sardine fest, especially near the front. I was up front near the left speaker with Notes and a good friend of mine when ATB was opening with Ecstasy and within minutes we were getting shoved around so we moved to the back where there was actually some room to dance. The doorway to the outside area needed to be like 15 feet wider because that area was a fucking zoo almost the whole night. The upper area was closed during the first part of the night but opened up after a few hours, if more people went up there it wouldn't have been so bad during ATB on the bottom floor. Though it was pretty packed, I think it would've been better if Insomniac didn't sell the last batch of tickets, but then like half of my friends wouldn't have been able to come so I didn't mind too much.

All in all I had a great night! Glad I finally got to meet some Ravelinkers! All of you guys were awesome!

That white guy with orbitals was NOT Whitenight, but was APOLLO. Or so he told me.

This party was bomb ass fuck. I like the way THOUSANDS of people singing along with ATB when he played Exstacy! I was one of them.

Met Apollo (nice ass orbitals), Flog (i believe that's how it is spelled), Antranik (really cool dude), LuSiD, Klover, and many others.

A really good part i remembered was when the RL'ers started to do a conga line to the front during the song Around the World!

During the conga line half of the RL'ers got lost (due to the speed of the line or the use age)

During this conga experience, got worried because the girl i went with was my co-worker, it was her first rave and she got lost and couldn't find her.

So if i seemed a little bummed out with all the RLer's in the front, sorry. I was really worried and on the phone trying to tell her where we were at.

I was upstairs and looking down at all the people amazed at a glorious sight of unity, then look to my left and right and saw Tigger's girlfriend. I started to talk to her and she thought i was hitting on her, but i was just amazed because i look at these pictures and never actually see those people at raves.

Another thing that tripped me out was, these two girls [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]
[Only registered and activated users can see links. ]
so i started to talk to them about seeing them online in pics. Nice people never really got their names, the conversation only lasted for a minute. Due to the fact my brain wasn't working at 100% and i had a short attention span.

Good party good vibes. Lots of very sexy asian girls. Really crowded, which i actually like at parties! Overall great Experience!

Ah yes, I remember talking to you now BarretBlade, I'm sorry I forgot you in my first review. Yeah I noticed now that the guy with the orbitals was Apollo because they put up a couple pictures with his name under it, just got him mixed up with WhiteKnight. I'm glad you had a great night!

I was another one of those singing as loud as I could through all of ATBs set! I knew the lyrics to like 99% of his set! I lost my voice from so much yelling/singing that night.

At first I wasn't too impressed with the venue but as it got later into the night, I was well adjusted and having a blast. Fucking sardine can for sure in the main room but whatever, hung around outside for the most part. I found it easier to hang on the second floor for ATB's set. I freakin missed the meetup because I totally forgot it was at 11pm and I was sober!! Oh well, next time.

KLOVER - Just want to say that it was very nice meeting you and getting to participate with you for free hugs! Sucks that the only time I saw you again was outside in line to get in and that was it. =/ Hope to bump into you again soon. =)

Btw I also thought they could have done more with the decorations. Just like Klover said, the look could have been better.

All in all I had a fucking amaziiinggg time dudes. Like seriously, I had a great time hanging out with you RLers as well as some friends that I got to hang out with (especially ones who I was banned from seeing before, boo!).

I will never forgetttttt itttttt! I was surprised that more people weren't dressed up, Masquerade and I had the best outfits everrrr. haha.

Notes! That jacket is my friend's, I'll hit you up about it.
