ATB was good to listen to...but the tempo was kind of off. same wih velvet

no real bathrooms with sinks makes me miss SF raves....they always have sinks to refill.

security at the front of the line were assholes, inside they were really chill. didnt let in my closed, shrink wrap box of lollipops. sucked

cuddle puddles were not nearly as bad as i thought they would be. i was more pissed that for the last two hours people in the main room were just standing in the front. at etd LOVE i was able to get a good 5 ft x 5 ft area to dance, a mere 3 feet from donal glaude.

upstairs was a great place to chill if tired...cause the music could be listened to while not killing my head.

uuummmm....RL meet-up was good...but i think some people got confused over which steps to go to.

the bar man in the 21+ area gave me free orange juice...which made me happy.

met some awesoooome people and of course dont remember their names (sober people and first timers)

several things that made my night:

several ravelinkers, you know who you are: katskan, rowdy, sonic, whiteknight, notes...o god there are more but whatev. ya know i love you all. i've only gotten one hour of sleep since the event...and i was sober.

katskan you get an extra SHOUTOUT for a great time/conversation at the beach afterwards. and your frickin great energy/dancing/lightshows. at one point....you really did stop the show. sexy mofo.

and people at the beach....loved how everyone was rolling off my shit.

and rowdy....oreos!

highlight: after a dull 2 hours of just chilling, i wanted to find my two friends from norcal. they give epic hugs that will cause anyone to get a boost of energy and smile. i was just like...if it takes an hour to find them...i will take that time. finally found them...and after like 6 of the greatest hugs ever i danced the last hour off.

pretty sure im going to every event sober now. except for weed and maybe 1 pill if im just feeling like whatever.

chocolate, FTW!!!!!!!!!!!

P.S. if i seemed dull to anyone....its cause i've had the weirdest past week of insane natural highs and too much cardio exhaustion from running, biking, swimming, weights, and three sober raves in one week.

but even the moments where i was sitting alone just resting down, there is no other place i would have rather been.

wont be going to anymore indoor massives. (faggot security asked the people by the walls to not sit non fucken stop, but let the people on the dance floor just chill there)

i walked by the RL meet up, wanted to talk to you guys, however i was trippin off that mda and wasn't in the right state of mind to talk

thats pretty much why i was resting up for two hours...to gain energy for donald glaude.

it was packed to the point of packed....but i managed to find room with some effort. the upstairs was actually where i went to breathe for a little while still listening to music. found tons of open space to dance there. your preference though.

and in terms of the fire marshall stuff....that goes along with the code of escape routes. as much as it goes against what ravers want...if theres an emergency the SIDES need to be clear, not the middle. sucks.

so im not the only one that feels they have a hard time talking while tripping...kandy flipping makes it a bitch at times.......that for me is what defines a rave....the music sure, but kandy flipping at that thing put you in another world :

It was a signature rave....had tons of drugs, really tripped out music to the max, and always fun to dance to. I Never went into the dmb room, but hey hope it went nice as well
we need more djs from the states, or cali to spin at the massives, they do know how to rock that shit as well.....

Man! It was more sweet than I imagined! I was so glad I got to meet you guys at the meetup, it was my first time meeting any of you guys! Desgyn texted me to go to the back and I found him and we were looking for others but then I spotted the sign over to side and we went over there. You guys are all really chill people, the congo line was fun as fuck and the dance circle was the shit. I had to split a little bit after meeting some of you guys to go find my neighbor who I was supposed to be watching the whole night.

(Sorry if I forget some people)

Notes: Thanks for the vicks and the joint offer. You were with me and my friend for quite awhile. Was singing Ecstasy with you when ATB opened up next to the speaker but damn was it packed! Thanks for being our wingman but I lost you cause I got lost with the women haha! Hope you had a great time after we got split up.

And who was the very tall white guy with the blue and white orbitals at the meetup? I do remember talking to you and giving people my light diffraction glasses when you would give others lightshows but I can't remember the name! Whitenight I think? Not sure...

Casperette: She doesn't post on here much but How Sweet was her first rave and I'm not sure if she will even see this post but she is a really awesome and down to earth girl. I saw her at the meetup and ran into her later in the night and spent a good 3 hours with her. Danced with her all through ATB's AMAZING set and all through Donald Glaudes set. ATB blew my fucking skull out! Man those 2 stole the night! Man I did not stop dancing through either of those sets and I lost my voice from singing all the lyrics from ATBs set! Can't WAIT to rave with you again! And she was sober for her first rave which, in my opinion, was a really good decision to make. Got her info and keeping in touch with her to be able to meet her at the next party. "I was wrong to let you go" Man I love that song!

Again, sorry if I forgot to mention anyone in this post and I hope all of you had a SWEET night like I did.

I thought it was an AMAZING party. It was crowded but not nearly as bad as I thought it would be. Green Velvet fuckin' smoked it and the small dance area outside was pretty awesome too. Plus, it seemed like pills were just falling out of the sky.

And I think the vibe there was better than even most other raves. Everybody was so approachable and friendly, again even more than usual. On that note, if anybody knows a guy from Santa Barbara who guys by rave name "Slippy", let me know!
