I want this party to be free for anyone who wants to come.

Im looking more into a house, then a venue, unless the venue is really cheap.

I want the party to be open to anyone and free to get in.
I don't have a big budget.

yeah good luck with that, my roommates always throw huge rave parties at my house but he knows whats up. even though its a college house and your neighbors are chill, but you need to keep the place tied down. otherwise ur gonna expect a ticket. long as everyone is inside, the music is loud enough and not to loud that you can hear it down the neighborhood. anyways good luck.
