I had such a good time last night.

Venue was off the hook, music was maddd good all night, and there were no OD's. Security was chill, and it wasn't too crowded.

Totally worth it.

I had a really good time. I brought some friends whose first small party it was. (I just realized how bizarre that grammar is as i wrote it.)
Uberzone was really tight at most points and then at other times was a bit boring, but overall he didn't disappoint. Irene I felt could have been better (perhaps if she spent less time clapping over her turntablesc nd more time turnin' knobs.)

I spent most of the night house steppin' andor punkin' (if you can call it that. SOCIETY DON'T LABEL ME) away in the main room but the electro stage was pretty tight (at least more towards the beginning of the night.)

MJ I just have to say you are the cutest dancer ever. Props to people who don't just stomp around aimlessly when they dance.

It was a really dope party... i loved how all the graffiti decorated the whole entire place. Filo and Peri was pretty dope... that bass was pounding! That main stage was amazing... i love that big warehouse feeling. And like mentioned earlier, it felt like a little rave city, hehe. Nice meeting you klover.

I hope more parties get thrown at this location.

I had a great time, going back stage while irene and uberzone were on was the shit. I spent most of my time outside because it was so hot in the warehouse. Feelgood was tearin it up. spent a lil time in the hardcore room. Didn't go to the meet up but I was chillin on the curb across from it at 10:30. Had a better time here then I did at EDC thats for sure, despite it being in the straight up hood. At least I got to park right in front of the place.

Lots and lots of young people there I swear i saw some 10 year old kid there with a bandana over his face and a bunch of candy. Maybe I'm just old i dunno. I danced all night though didn't even do that at EDC.

Much props to joe and the rest of the sub crew.

well I was with my gf so if you saw a black guy with black dickies, green & white adidas and white t-shit that was me.

Probably gonna hit up jujubeats next month.

So I got there exactly at six...line outside was chill and waited with like....10 RLers. haha it was a mini meet-up outside of the party.

Line didn't really move until 6 30 but after it did, it was moving super fast.

Got past that point, went to the desk, worked out some guest list stuff easily because Bev and Serj are the shit. Props to you two and others for moving things quickly..and being awesome.

Security check? Simple pat down...nothing big...they even said to just stash "that shit." They were joking around with us and asking for kandi.
they had so many by the end of the night!!

So you walk down the first alleyway and enter the main "Square"

Wow....at that center point you could hear and see the three stages of Trance, House, and DnB and in a weird way they all blended to make what? the sound of rave.

The inside warehouse(Trance) was - god there really is no way to explain it - RAVE!

Amazing lights in both the House and Trance areas....lovely fog machines too....and the DnB looked like what i would call a "rapists alley" and really...whats better than that for DnB?

And the Hardcore room? !! long walls completely covered with Graffiti....both words and letters and integrated creatures and faces...a shark head and some other random crap too. These were done by professional graffiti artists....not your local thug. I kind of wish I was more into hardcore last night or that it was the DnB room instead...just so I could have an excuse to stay in that room and be surrounded by that trippy and cool shit.

Filo And Peri were legit.
DnB was on and off....so was the house stage(they randomly mixed in some hilarious tracks like "Leader of the Pact" which was awesome....other times they played bad hip hop).


Yet I loved being in every room because the vibes going through the air in them was each unique to the space being used...and in it's own way felt like the party we came to party in...a rave.


I also loved the 8431765174 people I met.
I spent over an hour in a circle with several people smokin and sharing perspectives and stories. We all traded kandi. Explained our life, yada yada.
Randomly danced near a group and they opened up for me and we danced together....love when that happens. Floor was pretty damn clear of e-tards until 3 am...but even then it was not near the front but to the back of everyone dancing.
So many people...so many forgotten names.....

[fuck I hope they all go to JuJubeats.....thats most likely the next party a lot of those people will be at that i'll be at...and will have a chill outdoor atmosphere starting at 4 PM.]

I NAMED A GIRL "TRICYCLE" and it fit perfectly. haha everyone that met her afterwards loved it and so did she. hehehe.

The friends that I met through doodle...dude those some tight chicas. bring them to more raves and meet-ups doodles!!!

btw....so sorry of your sucky situation and that you had to leave....but hey it was free and at least you got to see us for some good time.


Crew was walking around...go to chat with them...a wonderfully nice and personal crew.
Security inside....so damn nice. Said they don;t care if we smoke weed...just be cautious of the cops walking around.
There were only 4 cops....and even they seemed chill as hell.


So the audio in the Hardcore room got fucked up because Used and Abused pumped it up with a high pitch a little too much....but if Kitsch's set was able to own the night regardless....it shouldn't affect other sets too much. they just...suck?
They did not have posted time-slots.


other than that....um....pretty much just the way it should be and so lovely.
It ended at 3:40 am....and not to the crews discretion....the Fire Marshall was being a dick. They had permits on the warehouse till 4 and I did not see one hazard throughout the whole night that really would have endangered the crowd.

Serj even got backstage to tell the DJs to start up again...but i'm pretty sure the owner said nah...don't wanna piss off the fire marshall.

Btw, i got to meet and talk to the owner...his actual living portion of that warehouse is AMAZING. not only an awesome loft set up....but the interiors, furniture, paintings, and everything else worked beautifully. And he is an awesome guy.

I'm gonna see if a crew can throw an after party there after Juju.

seriously. wtf. even if i wanted to hate any of the RLers that were there...i just would not be able to. you guys are fantastically adorable and so close to my heart. I cherish the moments at events when i can wander back and find one of you and just chill and be myself...and have a secure arm for safety even if it is subconscious. Because the level of friendship some of us have already reached makes just the mere presence of one another supremely comforting.

But you're such a trooper...had an awesome time...made the right choice....and had a blast anyways!! it think about 15 minutes inside the venue you had already claimed it your #1 rave...with a statement like that and so much confidence behind it...it was bound to become mine as well. Seeing you is worth the hassle of going to events and everything that comes with it.

I do not know what i am going to do when i leave for school....I'll only be coming down like once a month now....but i have 9 days for thanksgiving and 4 weeks of winter break!!!

yeah mine...you two. haha sorry it took so long for me to realize who you were and hear your name. I too loooved the building and the walls and everything about it.

The upstairs section of the warehouse is used for after parties...and sometimes the whole warehouse without a permit for the night.

the problem is most crews are not willing to get a permit to use the streets and the warehouse till 4 am....it's a lot of money and they'd rather spend it on a glitzier venue with a permit already and spend that money elsewhere and in a way so making money is not too hard.

Subliminal threw this party for US. They put down the money so we had a safe place to dance and escape the world for the night. They did not break even but they got "The nod" countless times from myself and others and along with the hints of "keep throwing parties! this is awesome!" i believe they achieved what they set out to do. In a year where there is so much surrounding crews not in it for the right reason and screwing us over, Subliminal is yet another crew who breaks that curve and bats above it. - proving that the scene still is flourishing with great times and wonders.
