Does anyone know if the work furlough alternative to jail in ventura county drug tests the day that you go in? Please help

Ya i was in the main jail for like 4 days i would do it but i just want something to put on applications in the future for the time missing. And its tomorrow, so too late. But i do need help if anyone knows if they drug test during the intake cause i had a little going away snow last night and i dont wanna violate my proby already that would blow and i would end up just going to county and for longer im sure

My friend waited in the car while i went into ralphs and got a shopping cart full of shit and topped it off with some sweet Hefeweizen (I was drunk and already got a whole bunch of food and 2 cases of beer from vons down the street) so I fucking see the security guard watching the door talking on his phone, but this doesn't stop me for some reason.

So I run out, quickly take only the beer and hop into my homies car while the security guard runs after me, then we start driving and i look at my friend and bloods coming down his head and im like "wtf man what happened" and apparently the security guard hit him on the head with his mag lite (through the window) and also he was hitting the car with his mag lite. So we get down the street and i notice hes hurt and we decide to go back to get revenge (worst possible thing to ever do NEVER GO BACK).

My friend grabs his skateboard and we walk in and start talking shit to him, he follows us out and my friend decks him in the face knocking him flat on his ass, and i kick him while hes down. We didn't fuck him up completely, but he also hit my friend some more with the mag lite. Also a manager got somehow involved and he ended up on the ground for a little also.

So we go back to the car the security guard hits the car some more with the mag lite breaking the tail light and shit and we drive in circles hollaring stupid shit at him. We eventually go back to my friends house, we sit inside pissed, we actually decide to go back with some bats or some shit so we go out front to his garage to look for something and right when we walk out we are held at gunpoint to get down. Those cops were hiding behin his car.

So ya, 3 months in lame ass rehab (for the courts), 4 more months, and 4 felonies later i gotta do some stupid 6 month shit. And its tomorrow grrr

you stole a good amount of merchandise. there is a big possibility your friend was acting in a way that made the security guard feel threatened and he retaliated.

you are ASSUMING that he is racist by want your gangster friends are telling you.

you are a violent, violent person.

unfortunately going to jail is not going to help your inherent violent, but at least i can hope that you drop the soap and learn your lesson that way.
