That's the funny thing about the psytrance community. There's really no "crews" or "promoters". It's called a "collective". People from different walks of life and different "crews" come together and give a little here and a little there.

The Missouri collective I played for had dj's from Chicago all the way down to Austin, TX playing. The blacklight art and tapestries were done by someone from Arizona.

why didn't i hear about this who threw this party, and what was the name of it? i went to three psytrance festivals last year in arkansas. one of them with SIMON POSFORD from SHPONGLE and Hallucinogen, and it never came to 2000 people. i have a hard time believing a party i didnt hear about in any of the the southern tribes got better turnout that Simon Posford and Goa Gil. and what artists from Austin were there? i know most of the psytrance and chillout projects from my area.

editL: yeah i just looked on all of the midwest, and the arkansas tribes, isratrance forums, and SGOA there is nothing about a party in missouri in february or march. must have been uber UG. i'm not saying you're lying, im just REALLY REALLY PISSED that there was such a big festival in my general area and i didn't hear about it!!!

woodly wasn't lame! Sure it wasn't what we expected but it was dope ass music. Nick and mack weere just trippin over people like they always do. I say we give it another shot with expectations and people who are genuinely down. We need to bring some poi balls too.

And if you're talking about the Aum Festival in Arkansas (last year), there were certainly at least 1200 or so people there.
