i've seen the first one posted in action, it was not very bright, i guess it'd have to be really really dark in order to see it well, with all the lasers and lights and crap where i saw these they weren't showing up very well

the second are cool, i've seen djs spin with something similar, dancers dancing with similar things, they usually show up pretty well, they show up much better than the ones above

the third one, the one mesmile made, that's pretty dope, it looks like you have that [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] stuff wrapped inside of a somewhat transparent glove? that'd be pretty cheap and easy, it looks cool =)

there's this dude that goes to red and funxion a lot that uses some cool glow gloves, here's a lil video clip from his myspace, pretty cool i think:
