First time felony drug offense?

Here's an fyi of what to look foward to if you're caught with a couple pills in your pocket : Imediate arrest and a day or two in jail, many court appearances, and if you qualify for PC-1000 you take a class for two hours a week, for 18 months, and you attend aa/na meetings once a week for 18 months. That's what my final judgement is from getting caught that night in that "sting operation" in the Angeles National Forest. Be prepared to cough up about $7000 for court and attorney fees, bail, and the fee for classes.

After I finish the program, my charges will be dropped, but reinstated again if I get caught doing the same thing later. All in all, it's much better than going to jail and paying up to $20K, and loosing my job. I start classes tommorrow, and I think I will be at Nightmare this weekend. Party-on!

try not to get caught in Orange county though, I hear it's a lot tougher to get off this easy.

MDMA.. MDA whatever ecstasy is a Schedule A drug. meaning any amount in possession is a felony.. just he way it is .. other drugs in that category are LSD, LSA, Heroin, Amphetamines / Methamphetamines, Ketamine Cocaine, etc etc etc.. the list goes on and on ..

my friend got caught with 27 rolls and hes getting 6 months
and another friend got caught with 1 roll and hes getting pc-1000
and another one of my friends got caught with 1 G of coke and hes getting pc-1000

Night of Glow. There's a few threads about it, but I think they got moved to some other forum. july 28. Party up in the mountains, but the map point and party got busted, and the Forest rangers along with CHP and LA sherriff's set up a roadblock on the mountain road that led up to the party spot. They stopped everyone that passed by and searched many cars.

13 or so arrested, 3 on drug charges (HA..i was one of the lucky 3 i guess) and it was even on the news..on TV.
