BAMF, if you were really determined, you can dedicate to the gym, trust me, if you really want it that bad, you will tell yourself to go, and make a routine out of it, I know you can do it brotha........
If you really want to motivate yourself you can do a few things about it... 1. get into running ![]() 2. keeping telling yourself that you want to go to the gym to get that body you wnat ![]() 3. if you don't quite still don't have the motivation, just do what I did, join the military ![]() |

lol it is, but only works out your arms, forearms, shoulders, abs. That's about it, and it depends on how extreme you do it, how long you do it for each night and so on.......
workout's are only as extreme as you make them....... I'd say dancing at raves is a workout that is something you need to do if you want to get a good workout..... I used to norditrack for hours on top of hours at parties, in which works out your legs, thigh's, butt and abs.. |
