with la live or whatever its called and other lofts and new buildings going up im gonna say there would be somewhere nice to call home...on the nightlife side of things there are some bars but most would prefer hollywood to some of the lame-ass bars in downtown...then again you'd be close to the coliseum and sports arena plus staples if your down for concerts and sporting events in addition to massives. IMHO with the development going on down there, the perception might be that it's dirty now, which could be wrong IDK, but Downtown is bound to change that in the next few years.

i think part of the whole reconstruction of it is running the bums that have invaded out and making downtown really "downtown"

for now its pretty fucken shitty nd dirty nd very high priced for decent places
like for example a 1 bedroom 1 nd 1/2 bathroom (condo? i think) is 1,095,000 at the Eastern =P
which isnt in the best of locations of downtown =P but its alright

so yahh.........=P

I would say just watch out ya know where you go live...some parts are bumville where other parts are like different I guess......it's starting to get cool to live downtown I hear...the lofts are a pretty cool idea in my book
