no drugs don't mess you up...

I'm scared to drive at night cause the lights move to much.

I hate how shadows aren't shadows anymore.

I hate how shit changes color for no reason!

I hate the random sparks of light I'm blasted with throughout the day.

I hate how I see shit in my periphreal that isn't really there.

I hate getting random eye wiggles.

I hate that I hate root beer now.

But I still love the chemical...

Your introduction is messy and just begins with throwing random data around.

And you're missing a conclusion. Whatever the conclusion is, it's weak. You can't mention one person who took 500 pills over his lifetime had 10% lower serotonin levels and extrapolate that to the average user who takes 50 pills and say the effect must be much less. Those are wild speculations nobody can make. It's overall a messy paper because you're clearly trying to make it reach 10 pages long rather than making it concise and to the point. But good efforts anyway.

Oh and on a side note, your logic is flawed here:

Quote:
Despite what I have concluded about the affect MDMA has on a human brain, I am not an advocate of regular ecstasy use particularly due to it being synthetic, as opposed to the purity of cannabis or psilocybin.
MDMA is synthetic so you will not take it? Purity of Cannabis or psilocybin? Do you think MDMA is a chemical, therefore it is not natural and therefore potentially bad?

Naturally made products, lab-made products, are all chemicals. EVERYTHING is made of chemicals. Do you realize what a chemical is? It's just a molecule with a certain composition. THC is a chemical. Air is a chemical. Water is a chemical. Vitamins are chemicals. Get it?! Natural chemicals can be bad for you. Synthetic chemicals can be bad for you.

Your body is a chemical-processing machine and it doesn't care whether the water you're drinking was made in a lab or it was rained upon from the clouds.

I just had to point this out because a lot of people look at health products and ask.. "well is this product naturally plant based or does it have chemicals?" Everything is a chemical. Just cause there are added synthetic chemicals doesn't automatically make it bad. So yea, just wanted to clear that up.

i get what you are saying, and i appreciate it.

then again its a neurology bioscience class, not a writing class.

and about me not being able to infer that someone who takes 50 pill PL as opposed to 500 pills PL.. i actually can do that, as cleared up in paragraph 1.

you're right to be confused about the conclusion. my last paragraph IS actually a conclusion, what i do NOT have is an intro, because it was not a paper. and yes my conclusion is half assed because i went over my minimum page limit and just wanted to end the paper.

i think i build up to my conclusion well..

i argue light mdma use
i then proceed to argue heavier mdma use concentrated on the effects only MDMA would cause.
then i go on to argue about the general experiements of mdma concerning a shit load of ecstasy and what the effects are if you are abstinent from MDMA for X amount of time..

agree.

but still, where is psilo?

he would own this thread and end it.

lol.

In the end, pure MDMA is less harmless than most people think, but still messes you up when not taken sparingly and live healthy otherwise.

for ease sake, treat it as if it is vewy vewy bad.
