and excessive water drinking while rolling is not a good idea. it will throw the desalinization in your body off, and you can literally die of water poisoning.

that would be a shitty way to go, if you ask me.

but yeah, just drink up the OJ and you should be fine

I remember taking a red roll at my first TOOL concert. damn, I was making out with strangers and dancing all over the place.
