Why would I take raving serious. I am only taking the experience that I had, and others around me, about the shadiness: lied on prices, I have shared my stories countless times about this; majority of the international dj's not showing up, even the local ones; cheap production that is not worth the value of the price, from my experience $40 and up @ the door, with cheap paper decorations, Groovy as an example with cheesy disco designs that look like a third grader cut it up; and lied to the consumers who paid for the quality entertainment that was promised, but was never there.
Making that cheddar and getting that degree is what I am focused on, and I already got my AS. Bachelors degree here I come, and only three more years, while working full time.
What do you think Groovy was? $50 @ the door and many of the dj's that people expected to see never show, or even play. Anger, not worth my energy, but I do have the time to write out the shadiness and telling people to avoid IT.
