stop worrying about these checkpoints you guys...its a simple concept...you have one of 3 choices dont drive, be sober when you leave or be willing to take the risk of getting pulled over and spending the night in jail.

you cant be arrested for having dilated pupils
there are other causes of pupil dilation than E
unless you have some form of proof behind this your full of it

EDIT
it however does give them reason to give you sobriety test which can get you arrested

Well my dad comes up with odd ideas for extra money that he never does and he and a co worker were talking about starting this text messaging business that would send out check point information. He said for sure you can do it and that he was 100% positive, but i have never done it so i cant say for sure. I ended up talking him out of that dumb idea because i told him the only people who would need that are people driving drunk and it could possibly happen where a drunk driver hits a car and kills a person all because of his "text messaging company idea."
