A field sobriety test is all they need to do. If you arent capable of driving, thats a dui.

well what will they ask me to do, i have driven rolling before and ive done it at leasta few time, not by choice tho.

Eye coordination, responce.. among things. Just because you have experience driving on pills doesnt mean you still wont notice those awesome bright lights in front of you being a semi.

I can assure you that if youre driving into the path of a semi and they see you .. that test will be the last of your worries.

But .. no if you drive like an idiot.. or .. rather .. if you drive like youre x'd out of your mind, you'll get noticed.

All that being said - i think youre an idiot for thinking about driving on X, and i hope all the effects of the substance are gone before you get behind the wheel.

That's not a matter of opinion, that's a matter of fact recognized by law.
You can get a DUI when driving on medication that would make you drowsy (like cold medicine or sleep medicine). You can get a DUI for anything that would threaten your ability to drive.

im about 85% sure that you can call the police station of any city/ county and ask where the check pointx will be located for that weekend. Like i said, im pretty sure but i have never done it (calling police stations isnt my thing haha) but you can give it a shot!

ive partied hard for several years.. and never been had been checked for sobriety, but why not just assume that they will do check points.. have a designated driver.. or just chill in your car til you're good or the sun comes up.. dont chance it.. i dont want you hitting me.. or my car.

all a cop has to do is look at your huge dilated pupils and he will arrest you on the spot. The first thing they do is shine their flashlight in your face. At that point it wont matter how well you do on the field sobriety test.

stop worrying about these checkpoints you guys...its a simple concept...you have one of 3 choices dont drive, be sober when you leave or be willing to take the risk of getting pulled over and spending the night in jail.
