wow i was just looking up burning man for the dates and everything.

i have the same problem as fizzy, first day of burning man is also my first day of classes for the fall. would it be worth it to just go for a few days and not the whole week?

This is the first week for my fall semester too. As long as you talk with your professor' and let them know that you'll be gone for the first week, you'll be fine. I think Burning Man is totally worth to skip the first week. Yes you will fall behind on a lot, but cmon,...BURNING MAN. FYI this is at CSUN.

But don't listen to me, stay in school!
