As far as reasons why people join the military - whether they join for money, college, fixing thier life, etc - they are still put into a situation where they do horrible things for your benefit, and i think that deserves a lot of respect.
Ive fought alongside these "gang members," and while i got tired of thier egotism, they still fired at the bad guys and took care of fellow Soldiers.
Ive a respect for anybody thats signed up and completed basic training - because that says you made a conscious choice to put your life before the life of others and you completed combat training in preparation for war.

i dont contradict myself in my perspective, in your perspective i do.
actions should be followed by reasons. a person can save someone's life just because they want a purple heart. the person who saves another's life for the sole purpose of saving another deserves the merit, not the other.
in any case, again.. glad you got my point, titles doesnt mean shit to me.
