the beads create a "fun party" like aspect to the scene. We really don't want to relive our child hood (Lot's of us are actually still children). Besides, kande kids usually eat a few pills a night and go home happy. It's the promoters and the "plain dressed" ravers who are the real drug addicts. (myself included in that statement). do u get high everyday man? are you just some pissed off angery person who foudn the scene? did u use to do alot of drugs, and then see other kids doing it and wish they didn't make the same mistake as you? Most of the candy kids i know are productive people outside of a rave and just let go once a week. Monky, Scout, missy [when she was candy] and lot's of other KandE kids i know have real jobs, or go to school.

Mainstream music always have a drug problem. Have u heard of Batak? Its a Batak style music culture where there is no drug involvement. It has a huge fan base in the Indonesian, Sumatra island, and I have been there on the island. Music is wonderful and if the word plur comes along, it should be those people. They talk about the struggle of life, but @ the same time finding peace in life. Their only drug is O2.

haha. i hate reading threads like this but I love reading the responses like you Jetix. Hilarious.. If people don't like the candy kids or the etards, then they shouldnt be at the party. Those people aren't going anywhere. Wearing candy doesn't hurt anybody. Candy has been around since the beginning. Get over it. Doing pills at parties also won't stop. So if you don't like those people (whom are only hurting themselves) then again, don't go to the party. Most of the time, those kids stay near the edge of the venue against the walls. If you are truly there to dance and party, then you won't be near them.... Soooo yea... shut up haters....

Personally, I love candy kids. I think someone should throw a party where you aren't aloud in unless you are candied out. I never wear candy, but I would do it for a party like that just to feel the gnarly vibe that would be going down there.......
