I just spent about an hour of my precious time reading through this thread. Some parts made me laugh and some parts made me scratch my head and wonder why some people are so fucking stupid.

1. A lot of people at raves are all sorts of fucked up on lots of different chemicals (myself included) Kandi Kids just stand out because of their bright neon colorful clothing and shit.

2. What good does it do to flame people on here. Granted its fun but what is the point.

3. I LOVE KANDI KIDS

4. I want popcorn.

I'm done thanks for entertaining me a little bit guys. It is always fun to come on here and laugh my ass off at people arguing on the internet.

Why can't little boys run around with jewelery on? Why can't they dress "feminine?" You're judging others by the gender roles that society has imposed, and these judgments are quite meaningless.

also: your comment about low testosterone is uneducated.

also: it's sad that you avoid someone if you think they're gay. close to 10% of the population is gay.

Anyway, I say keep having fun and doing what you WANT, kandi kids -- gay or straight.

I think it's a lot more like:

Peace: Don't start shit because of your personal opinions. It will lead to conflict, which is the opposite of peace.

Love: Enjoy the positive aspects of everything you experience, and do your best to ignore the negatives.

Unity: Realize that everyone just wants to have a good time however they want to, and just let them have their fun while you have yours.

Respect: Understand that every person has the right to make the choices they do, and whether or not you agree with them, they are still human and just doing their thing.

I personally love candy kids. They make me feel more comfortable being at a party. I don't dress up at parties. I wear my normal daily clothes to parties. But if I walk up to anybody else dressed normally at a party who claims to be there for the music and I say "hello", I will get a cold shoulder 99 percent of the time. But if I walk up to a candy kid at a party and say "hello", 99 percent of the time I will probably end up with a hug, piece of candy, a new name, and about 30 new friends....
