i never did the candy thing

i'm not certain why

i didn't get into rave until i was 18, before that i was way into punk rock, i'd dress in punk rock style and get way crazy with it, but the last few months of being 17 i toned down more and more and more and was no longer recognizable as a punk rocker

so i got into rave and looked somewhat normal, i still wore baggies as i had done for years before (even when i looked punk rock style, patches and whatnot on size 48 dickies cut off like cholo short/pants), and we'd sometimes make these hemp jewelry pieces, but i never did get into the candy itself...

my sister was a raging candykid in 96-99, her and her friends could blind people from miles away, hahaha...i thought they looked silly, but fun....i thought about trying the style, but i felt silly and like it wasn't "me" so i never adopted it

i won't do it, but it does look fun, when i see kids all crazy candied out i can't help but smile

so, that's what i think about it....

NATEFROGG FTW!!!! Exactly, its FUN! If one cant find any other reason to wear it, just that is fine, its FUN!! I have to admit, as much work as it is putting the shut on before every party, I thoroughly enjoy it.

Kandi kids always make me smile! They're always so bright and cheerful.
I also love making kandi to give away...but, sadly I just really don't have the time anymore.

I noticed all the smoke machines ... the cameras and the lights ... soem with a michriphone ... dancin around in tights ... then i noticed the crew and the band playin down below ... then i realized i was in a rock video ...

so i went and joined the band and i went out on tour ... I smoked alot of heroin and i passed out in maneure ... I made out with the groupies and started fires backstage ... made alot of money and i gave it all away ... then the band got killed so I started a solo carrer ... and I won all the rewards ... and i drank all the beer ... then i opened up a taco stand ... just to smell the smell ... cookin with the devil ... fryin down in hell ...

Kandi kids make me laugh. It really not my thing but i think its great they can wear all that colorful stuff and just be happy. I wear some kandi but i dont think ill ever be a kandi kid. Ive started making some though to give out because i like the idea behind it.
