This member is the original thread starter. elektro Are ravers getting older??

Hey everyone out there in Cali land.
This is Brittany, I'm new to the message board but not to the site (I'm not a big message board poster). I've been going to parties since I was 15, now i'm 21 and I just have this to ask... Are ravers getting older or are the new generations of teens taking over? I live here in Las Vegas and used to drive out to cali atleast twice a month for raves. That was when I was just turning 16. I did that for a few years and still always go to Electric Daisy Carnival, Nocturnal Wonderland and Monster Massive (Sometimes How Sweet it Is). I havnt been to a rave thats not a massive in about 3 years so its hard to judge what age groups go now. I remember being 16 and thinking that everyone was so much older than me.
THis weekend i'll be coming out for Addicted to Love and I just wanted to know what to expect, if i'll be apart of the older crowd or somewhere in between (Not that it really matters, just curious).

I'm very excited though! Can't wait! Hope to meet some new people!

Brittany

i dunno, there seems to be ALOT of 15-17 year olds at the raves...but i've only been around here for about a year. It's a mixed age group though just like most other all age events.

If I had to guess, I'd say the average age for ravers here is about 19 or 20...? My hubby is 31 and the poor guy is already considered an old fart

it depends too on what parties you go to

if you're going to the more heavily advertised non underground parties, you get a lot of younger folks....if you go to the more underground parties, the crowd tends to be older...

You definitely see people of all ages and massive or not I don't think the age changes much. If anything the average age is like late teens early 20's.
