Ok. So here is my failed attempt at a chocolate showpiece for class. Everything came out beautifully yesterday. Then today when I started assembling, it turned into a disaster. My support piece rolled onto the ground and broke almost in half, and my BEAUTIFUL peace sign (which started as a circle) shattered when I tried to cut it to the right shape. So I melted down the pieces and made it into a hand, and quickly threw together what I had left and got this piece of trash. Enjoy.
 
Tomorrow I start my pastillage (type of sugar work) showpiece. I will be attempting a sugar skull
