looking for a spot for my roomate and I, been searcing CL and the typical sites, but was wondering if anyone lived in or knew of an awesome complex/building. Any help would be greeeeeeeeeeeeatly appreciated, looking around the downtown la area, century city, culver city, weho, los feliz and long beach area. Here's a nice place around 20th and Temple in East Los Angeles, reasonable rates apply as well. Life Insurance policy and first months to move in...no pets please!

I'd advise you also look in echo park and koreatown. there's lots to do in those areas and you can prob find some places for relatively cheap.

i pretty much live right next to century city, culver city, santa monica, Downtown La, etc.


specifically...i live in West LA.


there are a bunch of condo buildings in West LA off of pico blvd, near beverlywood.

type in "Condo buildings 90035"

and you should get some listings.
