Ron Paul has good ideas for the War on Drugs(he wants to get rid of it), and the Iraqi war. He is a classic conservative.

but, i just don't think he'd get elected.. i mean, if you can send AL GORE or JOHN KERRY through the middle of america... aka what i like to call "THE RED" and let them come out with a victory over a MAN-CHIMP... how will you expect a woman or a partially african-american man to get more then the coastal states

who the fuck are you referring to? because if its me you've made a HUGE mistake. the fact is that i've been actively involved in politics since i was 16, registered to vote on my 18th birthday, and registered with a party so i could vote in the primary, also on my 18th birthday. how dare you say that i make "no effort to educate myself..." when you haven't even looked into any of the '08 candidates, and i have.

i made a very generalized remark when i said "half the country didn't vote for bush. . ." which, in fact, is true in the '00 election. he lost by about 500,000. moogle went into technicalities when he included the representatives of the Electoral College(which in fact, would still remain under 50% cause the electoral college was 271 to 266.)

don't take something i said and then proceed to draw my education, opinions, or ignorance from it. when in fact, it just shows your ignorance from doing so.

relax. that WAS NOT directed at you. sensitive much? if you feel that you fall into that category.. i have nothing to say about that. you ARE taking it personally. i'm merely stating what i see going on in today's real life. a majority of kids who bitch and moan about their freedoms and their rights.. whether it be about coming down on parties or legalizing marijuana.. rarely go out and search for their own answers. nor do they try to take any action to improve the situation. they just bitch and moan. its too easy for them to hear an opinion from someone.. and make it their own personal agenda for no reason less than being apathetic to the whole situation.

lol, last I heard this world is full of sin, there is no such nation that is perfect, but the system that we have trumps all other nations in almost every way possible, thus why many people from all over the world migrate over here, for the freedom and the system that this nation offer, and remember the system is set by you and me, so vote. If you look @ the many republics today, they copy or try to imitate our system, like the French Republic in the 1900's, when they wipe out their kings and started a democracy - they look @ our system and ways of conduct to make a country grow. This is a sinful world, and there has been wars, destruction, famine, and killing that have been going on since the creation or the big bang. But it does not mean, we can't make a change, I want this country to grow for the better, that is why I do my part to vote and hopefully attain power in the big business world to move the system, for the better, hopefully. Plus as far as intelligence, I am talking about as people of a nation overall, shoot, even ravelinks has bunch of retards and druggies that make this board look dumb, but overall, this forum is awesome - I love this forum because of the free belief and post what ever one feels like, and I will stay here until its over - like America.
