2007 Recap

Lets start at the beginning. In early march after 4 years and 3 deployments I finally got my dd214 saying I have been honorably dischraged from the marines. And I was a free man once again. So I decided to move to riverside and the only explantion I can come up with is because of the rave scene. And I think I got what I was expecting. Im still pissed about fresh but it was also where I met phoenix and northstar. After that night its just been all hell. After a couple more parties we started the whole pleasure krew which I later got kicked out of by some little kid for talking shit on ravelinks. Makes me laugh to this day about how serious some of these kids take ravelinks and the rave scene. Anywase, I got to see what a massive was like. The PK attended the love fest which was another crazy ass adventure and unforgetable night. Some other good parties were cali love(1st kiss) existence day 2, EDC, jungle beatz, voices and groovy. You can tell I support IT, and soo should you. I made a lot of good friends and I witnessed a lot of crazy shit. Im looking forward to x-mas break where I wil reunited once again with my girl friend in italy.
And the best part is that the rave scene is now located 5 mins away from my house. I love the hudson.
What else?
I saw carl cox, benny benassi, pvd, chemical brothers, deep dish, above and beyond, infected mushroom, paul oakenfold, dj irene, ak1200, dj reza, ladytron and probably every LA dj.

looking forward to 2008 and who insoniac and go ventures will bring to LA

I really would like to see dj dan, david guetta, and benny one more time.

I think after one year of partying I have become pretty involved with this la rave scene.

so yea, there's still a bit of this year to go, but i guess ill add on

during this year in the rave scene i...

-was able to see 80% of my favorite djs
-dressed up as a catholic school girl with my girl Dee
-got hit on by tim
-hammer finally remembered my name after 1000 times of us meeting
-almost died
-talked to god, she's chill
-saw every imaginable drama happen to FCG
-fell in love with some guy who's apparently bad ass
-heard sufjan stevens in a house song
-made a girl orgasm on the dancefloor
-made fun of 90% of the people in the scene
-was confronted by rather cracked out ravers for making fun of them/their friends
-threw flyers in the air/at promoters after my last LA party
-learned that a nova in the eye hurts
-learned that if you look hard enough, you can see music
-"milked the cow" with Northstar
-was an elitist with Northstar
-made out in a speaker wall
-grabbed a seat and ate popcorn while watching tofu fuck around with the people on ravelinks which is my favorite sport to watch BTW
-moved back to italy where the rave scene is a classy club with amazing music

the rest of this year should only add on to this list.... i'm excited...

Give Love was my first experience with paper mudd.
sin city was fucking sick.
HSII ... well, anyone who went knows.
i'm still pissed about the cash i dropped at fresh (fuck you raver's ranch)
love fest was one of the most fun nights ive ever had.
DDR was the BEST SMALL VENUE RAVE IVE EVER HAD THE PLEASURE OF ATTENDING.
EDC will be remembered for Above & Beyond
ABTS was pretty dope, tommy lee thrw it down.
TIESTO = Radical Audio Visual Experience
voices was forgettable. groovy was a fuckin joke.
Movement was well worth the money.
MURDER THE FUCKING DANCEFLOOR. enuff said.
