$100 reward
for anyone who can get Scc to pay me for their most recent event.. the total amount owed is $475.. if you can get the full amount from them ill give you $100 of it.

well good news is i keep all emails that include equipment.. pricing.. location.. etc etc.... and since most promoters refuse to sign contracts.. its just as good.. and i do plan on filing after the 19th if not paid by the... and ill be suing for the full amount, plus my lawyers fees & filing costs.. etc...
now i understand that some parties flop.. or dont have a good turnout etc.. i understand that.. thats why i give people a chance to pay a percentage of the total and just call it done. I dont think im unreasonable for do that. When people take off w/ o paying anything is when i get pissed and end up suing and winning the full amount... and a judgment on your record and me getting paid from your paychecks by the courts.. thats just embarrassing...

k, your doing lights January 24th up in SF for my event!!!! but you must get a blue laser for it bwahahaha. i mentioned this to flash, i want you and him to do tag team lighting at my event. blow them fuckin bay area fools away.

 No offense sparky. But you are going to try and go after money you got paid for working an illegal party (RAVE). You have your price listing and emails, ok. But do you have it in emails him, Pat not his helpers but Pat himself giving you his word that he agrees to pay you? If so then cool. But still, just taking something like this to court is just asking for attention towards our community. Like we need one more reason,cause to have the law breathing down our necks. You got stiffed out of your earned money. It sucks, sadly so have many other promoters,staff, dj's, sound and lighting people in the past. In no way am I saying it is right. I know you are angry and want him to pay what he owes. But sometimes it is better to take a hard loss and learn from it.

his business does lighting for "all occassions"
he doesnt know what kind of event it is or wether its legal or not :P he just knows that a customer promised to pay him for providing his services at his private event, and after the event was over, and all the services promised were in fact delivered, no payment was made. after multiple attempts to get paid, he decided to take this to court. :P i dont see a judge taking SCC's side. takke em to small claims and pwn his face lol but yea itd be tight seeing this on judge judy lmao
