get any of the Benny Page, Marcus Visionary, or Shy FX podcasts. Then if you like the harder shit get some old and I mean 94 type Jumpin Jack Frost, Mampi Swift, SS, or Kenny Ken what not. If you want heavier check out Congo Natty, RAW, Human?, or Tuffist. That should get you good. There is loads more out there.
