Look for an old school techno beat

around 1982 there was a real popular song that was played at parties (back when there was still house parties); I need to find the song; it had a Mantronix type of sound, real funky bass line and the only lyric I can remember is " It's Time" then it would go into this funky bass line;

I recall the song was often mixed by club DJs; like I said it had a Mantronix sound and during the break beat "it's time" was only lyric I recall being repeated

Does anyone remember this jam ???
