It's a guy signing,...it's a baltimore house classic,...it's extreamily hard to find cause it was released on strictly rhythm.

Aly-Us-"Follow Me" (Jay-J & Chris Lum Vocal Remix) it's more progressive sounding to me then trance but maybe your thinking of a different record?
