Juno Reactor

I saw a Juno Reactor CD (Pistolero) on sale yesterday, for about $5. One of my friends raves about Juno Reactor, and I'm curious.

Is it worth a listen?

Pistelero is a single and yes, it's pretty good. If you're a fan of Quentin Terantino/Robert Rodriguez movies, you'll recognize the track right away.

If you want an education on Juno Reactor, I'd suggest buying/downloading the album Odyssey. It's like a "greatest hits" compilation that is sure to please.

Pistolero is a great single but it wont give you the slightest clue as to what Juno Reactor is all about. Their early stuff is straight up GOA and they have evolved into normal trance and jungle and all kinds of stuff in between..

I recommend starting with Bible of Dreams or Transmissions if you can.. Labyrinth is sweet too, oh and Shango. Hell i could go on and on... but the first two are essential

Yes, it's worth a listen, but they've got a wide range of sound so you shouldn't judge them on one single. Get a few other tracks before you dismiss or adapt.
