Up the ante! Basically, raise the stakes, and make it better this time. Coolest rave name I ever hear though is Puck. Anyone ever seen "A Midsummer Nights Rave?" If you havent seen it, see it, and if you've seen "A Midsummer Night's Dream" then you MUST see this film! In the Shakespearian version, Puck is a fairy with love potion; in the modern film, Puck is a fairy (flaming flamboiant homosexual) with love potion (a backpack full of E). The modern film actually the original so much as the character names are only partially changes to make them modern (Hermia changed to Mia, Obergeran to O. B. John) but it totally rocks and everyones rolling. Watch it. Hell, this movie reopened the rave scene to me. Anywho...

My FIRST nickname was "Sparkee"
I got it because I swear I must have ADD. Everything and anything distracts me, I am very hyper and playful all the time, sometimes people will catch me in the act of whimpering or whatever whenever I'm trying to get comfortable (like rolling over to sleep) aaaaand I loved sticking my head out the car window in the middle of the night singing as loud as I can....so my friends all agreed that "Sparkee" was perfect for me because my personality is like that of a hyper dog haha.

My NEW nickname is "Tommy Danger"
I got a few years ago actually in the rock music scene here in Vegas. I was at a house party with a friend and we were all totally drunk and something came up on the subject of fighting and I let slip that I do martial arts. When he found out just how long I've been IN martial arts (many many years lol) he was like "Woah! You can like...kick anybody's ass! That's nuts man! You're like, dangerous man! Totally dangerous! Ya-Yaknow What--? I'---I'm gonna call you 'Danger' from now on! Yeah! It'll be like, your name forever! I'm gonna make everyone call you it!"
I tried to type it to sound just as wasted as he was.
Keeping in mind that he was drunk, I was like "Hooray for dumb names!" and just let it pass.........but then for the next month or so he seriously TRIED to get everyone to call me Danger. It wasn't sticking obviously, and he actually seemed really sad that the new nickname he gave me wasn't spreading. Sooo I felt kinda bad for him and decided to change my name on myspace from what I had (I used to change my default name weekly cuz I was bored) to Danger, but I wanted my name there too, so I put up "Tommy Danger" which my friend greatly appreciated. In about a week, I tried changing my default name again like I always do....and I got about half the people on my friends list screaming at me to put it back on. They said they "Liked how it flowed" As the months wore on, Tommy Danger stuck, spread, and became my new rave nickname as well as my DJ name. And now, even though I don't hang out with that guy anymore, it would've been real cool if he was around to hear alot of people just call me "Danger" when they don't wanna say my whole name haha.

Chris: "Oh no man, you need a raver name. I'm gonna name you!"

After I boring him with telling him I was a network admin before I joined the navy and telling him I liked common hobbies like boarding, surfing, and some other jarble, he named me "Irish" for the fact that I'm glued to an Irish pub when I'm not at work.

Been using green and purple photons for as long as i can remember for my glowshows and one day someone called me joker after giving them a show. i guess green and purple are "joker" colors. it just kinda stuck.

Well i didn't get it from some ravers or anything, I just thought it would be really cool, i always kind of considered myself to be the X Factor of a party, like when no one knows who I am but was always the one playing the sickest tracks, and I come up on the decks and blow minds of people always being the underdog of the party. Then i guess that's how i came up with it... before it was Dj Soloe, that name sucked balls
