What's the best program........

For photo editing? (i.e. Photoshop, Microsoft Photo Editor)....

I need the best.......A program I can do almost anything with.


Also, one where you can do like.....Where the whole picture is grayscale but one part is color...
Like, for example, a picture that's entirely grayscale but the grass is green.


Get it? Anyway, what's a good program? Also, one that's reasonably priced...

im no expert , but I keep hearing about photoshop , so you might wanna check that one out.

photoshop is pretty much the best graphics manipulation software out there. it's pretty expensive though if you dont pirate it. alot of people (particularly linux users) use a program called The Gimp. It's a free program that's open source and about as powerful as photoshop. I personally prefer photoshop myself though.

Thanks....Photoshop is pretty much all I hear about so I figured it was probably my best bet..
But, I've never really checked the prices for it...

hahahaha...paint shop pro cs2??? is that like microsoft firefox? hehe....

Correct!

Illustrator kicks so much ass when it comes to vector graphics though.
