What's MIND BLOWING to do while rolling?

I've tried breathing exercises , massages , light shows , any menthol technique , dancing and thats about it. What else is there to do ?

I like neck rolls. Close your eyes and take some deep breaths. Roll your neck and do it for a minute or 2. Stay the same direction. Just enjoy the music or something until then. Afterwards, when you open your eyes, you get the spins (Just bein dizzy) but mixing in any lights or what not.

It can definetly make you look around.

I like it anyways.
