So I had to give my dad a ride today and naturaly there was some electronic music playing in my car... I had some dara breakbeat ex. 1 going on (totally f-ing bad ass cd)
On track one there is this high pitched voice that says some cool shit right before the bass line drops like a hot potato, so i cranked it way up, let it, hit then back down, looked over at my dad and said " i wish you could feel this like i do" So anyway I was wondering whats some good techno for dad? I was thinking like some down-tempo chill kind of stuff. You know the kenny G of techno or whattever you think might be better please let me know -~Ace~- Dancing with a bottle Pinot!!!! ![]() |

So you're sayin your dad likes jazz?
My dad likes Jazz, but he likes Trance, so this theory may not work for your dad either buuut... Go for House of OM music. That's like, Kaskade, Colette, Chuck Love, Groove Junkies, yaknow--deep and lounge house primarily. My recommendations is start him off with the compilations like "House of OM: Beached" or "House of OM: Miami" if he likes those, which there are tons of, and he points particular songs/artists out. Then go for their individual mixes and such and such. Hope your dad becomes a dance freak ![]() |
