orbit lightshow tips?

Thats my first half assed lightshow. No specific music track. No specific routine. Just messin around n still learning but im havin a hard tmie makin those start and flowers right. I got it a couple times as you will see but their short lasted.

Gotz a Blue and white Inova LED's. Messed up twice or so. Next imma try sum arm wraps. Also anyone elses arms get tired after a few min?


BTW got the lights at Target. 7 bux.

hey man. this may sound retarded but how do u make an orbital? and is there any website where u learned how to do that stuff? ^_^.

haha its kool. ummm go to youtubers and search HOW TO MAKE ORBIT. theres a few videos but its soo easy.

They got the visuals i dont, but the basic's are....

Zip tie ur photons and put a couple stings thru. then tie the ends of ur strings off and tie those to a keyring to put ur finger thru. (lets u do lightshows longer and better without blisters from nylon twine.)

Dont pay a crapload at those sites to buy an alerady made one. i made mine super easily and in a few minutes. You can find INOVA lights at Target also. look in the flashlight aisle. so that skips ur shipping and handling.

BTW they also have tutiorials on how to use one as well. i love youtubers.

i would get some more lights, 2 is cool but 4 or 6 look waaaaaaayyy better. just practice flowin with the music and timing stars/flowers for the breakdown or buildup in the song.

yeh at first im just tryin to get a smooth transition goin but i do need to time more better to the music.
I got a second video up on youtube under name Blakhawk1703 or u can click link i had above and look at my other videos 8D . this second video was at a rollin party. it was sooo fun.

BTW Dramanmine or wutever that stuff is for motion sickness WORKS if u have a tendency throw up on E. I took one 30 min be4 rollin and i felt super fantastic without having to fight an upset stomache and nausea from the intensity. My friend on the otherhand DIDNT take the Dramanmine and he YAKKED allllll over his coffee table and i was like awww dude thats sooo not cool. lol but i cleaned it up and he went upstairs to lie down. this was in the middle of my light show. So i guess it was good?

then after everyone either crashed or left i was left still dancin my ass off in the dark with some photons lol.

I just won a $30 gift certificate to Target. I'm going to go buy some more inova's and make an orbit. Too bad the Target around here only sells blue and white, but I made some pink ones. However, I think I'll need super glue for the orbit, since I don't want my pink led's flying out.

blue and white here also. thats y i only have those two cuz of target. i want the red and green ones. and where'd u buy ur pink LED? radioshack or sumthin? i want diff colors too! haha. and the LEDs should sorta click n and out. mine did cuz i swapped sum colors cuz i was purely bored and i wanted to take sumthin apart.... god im a loser lol.

Yea pink from Radioshack. 5mm led, with 2850 MCD. Even green only came in at 620 MCD. I think they have yellow with like 1500 MCD I might try some of those too.

Yo dudes Orbits are awesome, I use four photons 2 white 2 blue on satire black string. with key rings on the ends so it doesnt burn my fingers. I was wondering how to change the lights to get different colors can you only do this with Inovas or what?

i have a pink led too but my invoas are clear so when i use it it shows blue and pink lol. my targets dont sell invoas....

Changing lights on inovas is simple. You just pop the back piece off and pop the lights out. Replace with any 5mm Led of your choice. However higher MCD rating means a brighter light. Too low and it looks like crap and too high you'll be blinding people. I'm sure you can change the lights on other led's too. Just have to know what size they are.

I find people don't really notice the glowing case to much when the inovas are between my knuckles, but if you're that bothered by it just try some electric tape to cover the case. It won't glow like that anymore.
