Duuuudes! Everybody in the industry says Alienware are good laptops. Especially as a portable desktop replacement. Dell is in talks to buy the company. I wouldn't just use the laptop for games. I'm thinking of putting Serato on it and mixing with it, plus designwork, so I need a highend p4 portable. Tell me who's got a P4 laptop these days that rivals Alienware? I'll definately look into what they got then. Eveybody is Celeron or "M" Processor.

All depends on the usage, don't mind if people used it for what it was intended for or sparingly ...

if you're using an 8000+ lbs. vehicle as your everyday driving vehicle, which gets less than 14 MPG, and blocking the views of others AND you're getting to write that off because it's over 6000 lbs ... is a retarded car imo.

I liked the original hummers because it was a true utility car and people who NEEDED it, bought it. Now it's just a crap "fashion" vehicle .... that the "cool" drive ....

Your bios is prolly pretty jacked. The bios is what puts your computer into motion when your power it up. It tests internal components and then when everything is good to go it "hands the mic" over to your OS. It's def not your memory b/c your computer will shut right back off after beeping at you, same with a HD failure.

I like AMD 64 based E-machines b/c they actually put nForce 2 and 3 boards in them. I've had so called "god" computer such as Alienware, Sager, and others get sent back to the manufacturer right after opening the box due to bad memory modules and bad mobos. I've also seen people buy the $400 specials, toss in a decent graphics card for some basic gaming, and have the little thing run for 3 years+.

Computer brand means nothing, the brand of the components inside mean everything. Buying from epensive brands just means more time was taken in putting it together. ANYTHING can go wrong.
