Latino? Mexican? o.O

Ok I want to get this cleared up. Mexicans arn't latino's. Latinos are people who ARE from the latin origin, like Spain, Italy, France, Etc.

Mexicans are a New age ethnicity, AKA MUTS, like most americans. Just ebcause they speak Spanish, doesnt mean there latinos.

Well anyways, i brought this up because while i was filling out my CHSPE form, they asked me for my ethnicity, and they they didn't have Mediteranian.. (Italian). The closted thing related was Latino, however in () next to latino it said "Mexican". So that made no sense to me..

Also Hispanic, mexicans arn't hispanic. Hispanic means Spaniards, wich means you are from Spain, not mixed with Spaniards!

I'm not hating, at all. Just using logic.

I am like a quarter Mexican. I don't really put that much thought into it and don't really care that much to. People make such a big deal out of the small details.
