No, it usually doesn't kick up until later in the day. But then again you have people with all different time zones. Here on the East coast is is 11:23am. It is 8:23am on the West coast....So different times people may be sleeping, at work, at school, ect. I am at work right now. So, people have lives sometimes is all...=] It usually kicks up at like 3ish my time.
