the only reason it's dumb, imo....is because it draws attention, it's blatant, it's like waving a neon sign around that states "i'm most likely on illegal drugs!!! i probably even have some on me!!!"

i've even encountered people throwing undergrounds that specifically will NOT let candyravers in, simply due to the fact that it's way too blatant and attracts the kind of attention that they do not want to attract

other than all of that, i think it's a fun looking style, i don't hate it, however i never have gone for dressing like that myself and i doubt i will in the future

candykids wouldn't have attended those parties anyways, they were undergrounds, candykids (at least here) tend to gravitate to the permitted parties with colorful flyers and such

i agree though, if you go to a rave dressed like that you shouldn't be allowed in purely because you look about 14, and a rave isn't that right place for someone of that age.

i have no problem with candy kids i personally think they're cute they make me happy because they're so happy and full of positive energy raves just aren't the same without them
its not really my style i wear some but not always probably b/c of the area i've grown up around ravers are few and rare
i'm friends with a bunch of kandykids tho n i looove them all
