here's my story maybe you can help me.
i used to pop pills, i've taken probably 30 total (high number) i had a panic attack two months ago and i've been sober since, right after my panic attack i was pretty shooken up, but after a week or two i was feeling okay, a few days ago i suffered from some discomfort (not quite panic) and since then i've been hallucinating, my ceiling twists, i have feelings of depersonalization sometimes, but for the most part i just feel as if my mind is drawing a blank. am i stuck like this forever or do you think it's just my body adapting back to a sober life, i used to smoke weed multiple times a day also. |

You're not gonna be like that forever. Just go get in shape and stay fit and healthly, you'll feel a lot better. Great tips for that kind of sucess can be found all over the internet. You just have to want it. If you really want it that bad you'll do it.

Being high on life is the greatest feeling in the world. Sounds square as fuck, but it's so fucking true. Drugs are just instant gratification, but being able to just feel good all the time is so much greater than any drugs. The best part is that if you can learn to truely cut back on drugs, and save them only for special occasions they're that much more enjoyable.

Good for you man. Keep on raving if thats what you love to do. Just know that you're using your serotonin without the drugs, so in the end you still have more to go around. Seriously though you should feel good just knowing you're clean.

Good luck with everything dude. I'm new to this site but it's the first one i've ever seen that everyone tries to help and not discriminate.
