glow light help

ok call me dumb or w/e bu i need someones help i been seeing these lights around and got no clue wht they are or where i can find them.. one person called it phantm or something its liek lil finger flash lights i slip on your finger to rave..

Are you talkin about little Photon lights that are like maybe an inch long with a little switch on top and velcrow onto your finger?
I found a pair of mine at freakin Wal Mart for about a buck.
They're kinda hard to find in places like that though, so I suggest biting the bullet and paying the money for em next time you see a Glow Cart at a party.

well first prob im in nyc brooklyn and there is no wal marts anywhere near me lol 2nd i been raving this is my 2nd year and i never seen a glow cart lol but ya i guess thats what it is its small and round and goes on your finger
