Forum specific faqs

So I want to make a forum specific faq for the "Northwest Rave Discussion".

Because anyone that is on there regularly knows what the answer is to the most frequently asked question.

"where are all the raves?"

The answer being

"look on www.************"

Nothing against this site. I like it, it's much easier to discuss things here, but all the information for events gets posted on nwtekno. So rather then have the majority of threads in the northwest race discussion asking the same thing I want to post a faq or something so people who would ask about where the raves are can be directed to nwtekno before posting another thread asking the same question that has been answered countless times.

Like how the gereral rave discussion has "Attention all guests of ravelinks" at the top of the forum. I want to get something posted like that for the northwest rave discussion.

Can anyone help me out with this?
