Does anyone get sick after raves/rolling?

i had to cut down on my raving.. twice. i had to stop going to afterlife every friday and saturday. (notice days are right next to eachother so i'm rolling when i take that afternoon nap then toke and then head for that satyrday night fun.) to just saturdays.

i HAD to stop that 'friday and saturday indurance test' when i got crazy strep and could even talk to anyone.. do you know how hard it is to give dirrections through dallas to ft. worth with hand signals.




i hate to admitt it, but the next morning when we're leaving the after parties, smoking is perfect for relaxing, to get a meal in, then trying to pass out.

I agree. Gatorade as well as preloading and postloading [taking series of vitamins such as Vitamin C, Magnesium, and 5-HTP to help with your roll] should help. I prefer gatorade over water since people have died from drinking too much water. "If too much water is drunk, too quickly, then the level of sodium in the blood becomes diluted. With too little sodium water gets lost into the fabric of body tissue, causing swelling. If the brain swells, pressure is put on the brain stem, which controls heart and breathing functions. This can be fatal." So yeah, know your limits.

Lol. Well i personally hate anything flavored orange except for orange juice. I like the green and red Gatorades.

I tend to go with the light blue ones, like the "rain" or "arctic frost". They dont have a strong sugary tastes the red, and taste a lot better.

LOL, not only does it happen to alot of people, it actually happens so much it has a name! Raveraids FTL! I used to get sick all the time afterwords. So I started taking daily vitamins, took care of the problem.
